Marrakesh to Murcia (via Mililla)
The first of my big rides of 2018 is getting ahead in the planning, i am super excited with a fair amount of anxiety as expected as a learning from my last big ride.
Its a bit lumpy as well, 975 KM in Morocco and 140K in Spain.
I have decided not to take a tent on this trip as i am told the places for camping are limited and the accommodation is plentiful and cheap. I am taking camping mat, Bivvi and sleeping bag in case i get caught short, who knows i may bivvi outside and get to see the Milky Way at night? In fact lets make that a plan.
I am taking the Condor touring bike with full panniers and great tyres, i know the weight be be a pain but am not sure of the terrain.
I am really looking forward to visiting this country and immersing myself in its culture, no need to take an alarm clock as the call to prayer is sure to wake me up.

I am looking forward to the total change in scenery and a brief excursion into the Haut Atlas as i traverse my way across the the ferry. I am expecting the days to be warm and the nights to be cold.
