We had decided that it was time we went to see the much vaunted Ned Boultings Bikeology Tour at our local Theatre Fernham Hall.
One part of the very entertaining show is where they do a version of “Mastermind” where some unsuspecting mug is asked as many bike related questions in 2 minutes.

Beautiful scenes await you at Budapest after cycling the Danube
Riding the Danube is pretty straightforward however here are some tips that you may find useful.
1) Insect repellent- Duh it’s a river there will be mozzies, I used Avon Skin so Soft which also smells great.
2) Keep your tent closed – Mozzies will get in.

You may be asking yourself should I ride the Danube? It’s a good question. Firstly some background on us and our trip. We rode from Passau to Budapest, we had terrific weather in the 30c most days we had fully laden touring bikes with partially laden credit cards. We were camping for the majority of the time.
